EnergyServ has the expert and adequate operation & maintenance team capable of being responsible for taking over the operational phase and represent the EPC contractor during warranty phase and up to turning over to Owner. During this phase, the following activities would take place:
Conduct periodic checks and accordingly issue Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly reports.
Monitor the scope of supply equipment operation and maintenance to identify any improper operation or maintenance activity. Notify the Owner of improper operation or maintenance.
Direct interface with the owner in identifying warranty issues and coordinate between owner and our client (Contractor) to resolve them.
Provide instructions to owner operators related to equipment usage.
Furthermore, EnergyServ has access to an extensive database of technical professionals who are capable of performing complete O&M activities after the warranty phase. This database ensures that the best candidates for every position are identified for the entire O&M service. It also allows quick and reliable manpower sourcing for temporary projects or tasks throughout the life of the facility.
In addition, O&M activities can extend to facility management through our manpower sourcing services.
Facility management services can be provided for industrial, commercial or energy related facilities by careful selection of the suitable personnel and by placing the adequate processes, O&M procedures and schedules in place to ensure smooth, continuous operation of the facility.
